Teaching Strategy Description:

The resources below are used to support development of a logic model to inform design of a health promotion project in the co-resquisite course community health nursing practice. As part of the assignment, students must also determine how they will implement, evaluate and disseminate the outcomes of their health promotion project in order to reach the widest audience .

 Teaching Context:

  • Second-year, one-term lecture and seminar format with co-requisite 16 hour per week community mentoring opportunities for health promotion projects.
